- FSSAI Basic License
A food business with an annual turnover of 12 lacks or more needs to get a food license. The department will then verify the KYC of the FBO, and if everything is good, you will get the license. The basic license is obtained in 3-4 working days. - FSSAI State License (The State License is obtained in 30-60 days.)

- All other food Processing Units: All Cereals, grains & pulses with production between 100 kg/lt to 2 Metric tonnes per day.
- Other Businesses
- Normal Storage: having Capacity of 50,000 metric tonnes or greater.
- Cold Storage: having Capacity of 10,000 metric tonnes or greater.
- Atmosphere Controlled Storage: having Capacity or 1,000 metric tonnes or greater.
- For Wholesaler: turnover up to 30 crores/annum.
- Food Vending Agency: vending machines between 12 to 100 in one States.
- Transporter: up to 100 vehicles/turnover up to 30 crores.
- Hotel: up to 4 Star hotels.
- FSSAI Central License
- An FBO with the annual turnover between 12 lacks and 20 crores
- manufacturers
